A570		The A570 opened the PLU editor instead of the Dynamic UPC editor. This error was introduced on the 2/21/2008 release


ALL		Corrected an issue where changes saved to the Server Presets were not sent during the "Transmit Changes" on all models except the A420 and the UP3500. This was introduced on the 2/21/2008 release version


ALL		Corrected an issue with the Base Quantity field resetting the value to 0 when saving the record. This error was introduced in the 2/21/2008 release.


A530, A570, UP600, UP3500		Corrected the issue in the PLU editor where the Kitchen Printer assignments were not refreshed after using the Find button. This could cause the KP settings to be set to the value of the record the user was previously on if a change to a PLU was saved after using the Find function.


ALL		Corrected the "Modified" flag not being displayed when Departments are updated. This causes the Department changes to not be sent in the Transmit Changes. (Adding/Deleting departments was still properly triggered.)


A530, A570, UP600, UP3500		Corrected the Theoretical Cost values not being saved in the PLU editor


UP3500		Corrected the Non Add Code data showing up as a 32 digit number instead of a 16 digit number.


A450		Corrected an error with the Link UPC data conversion. When importing or exporting the Link UPC table, the data was incorrectly set to assign 2 decimal places to the UPC Code so when this data was sent to the register, it did not link the UPCs from the main UPC properly

Added a job that converts a PLU/UPC file from one type of model to a UPC file on a different model.
This saves having to manually re-enter all items in the file. The "convert-PLU-UPC-to-UPC" must be
manually run from the Jobs menu

UP3500, UP600

After entering and exiting the UPC editor, the Select box used in the Combo Meal and PLU Menu
editors opened a list of UPCs to select from instead of PLUs.

A420 2A, A450, A570

Corrects various errors relating to opening the UPC editor.

When a store is set for as a model A420 and set for 2A EPROM version in the Store Editor, the UPC
editor would not open.

The A450 opened the UPC editor for the A420 and some fields that are supported by the A450 were
not present.

The A570 opened the PLU editor instead of the UPC editor.

A450

Corrected an issue where in the Link UPC editor when assigning PLUs from the list. The first digit of the
PLU code was not displayed in the initial selection list. (I.e. PLU code 15 showed as PLU 5) All values
were properly assigned and saved.

A420 2A

Corrected an error importing the Function Preset file when a store was set as a model A420 and set for
a 2A EPROM version in the Store Editor

Corrected that the ability to select an individual terminal was not allowed when a store was set in an
IRC configuration. This error was introduced in the 2/21/2008 release.

Corrected an issue where the Transmit Changes function did not built the list of updates properly when
the EPROM version for the store was something other than "Standard". This error was introduced on
the 2/25/2008 release.

Corrected the issue that the PLU Menu editor would not open when attempting to edit PLU Menus from
within the Virtual Keyboard.

Corrected the issue when in the PLU Menu editor, clicking the Update button caused all of the PLUs
assigned to the menu to be deleted. This error was introduced on the 2/25/2008 release.

Also corrected the issue where PLU Menus greater than 50 could not be created on the UP3500.

Corrected the issue that pressing the hot key from the main menu did not launch the
Automated Polling timer screen. This error was introduced on the 2/25/2008 release.

Corrected a refresh problem in the Store editor when changing the model, the TCP/IP communications
option would appear based on the setting of the original model and not the currently selected model
unless the editor was exited and re-opened.

The function that builds the list of changes/deletes that gets sent to the register from the "Send
Changes" menu was re-written and has dramatically decreased the amount of time it takes to build
these jobs before the polling begins.

Changed the Store Editor to allow up to 64 terminals in a single store when it for a Standalone
configuration. Previously the limit was 16 terminals

Made a change to the display on the Condiment editor. When the frame for condiments 26-51 was
selected, it covered up the Table, Next Table and Repeat fields at the top of the screen

Added the ability to perform the SKAN_Talk registration while communicating over Port 80 as an
alternate port due to some computers with firewalls or other security measures restricting access to the
registration program. Port 80 is a standard port used for HTTP and is less likely to run into security
issues.

Corrected a condition that can result in Windows returning a Winsock error during a polling retry after a
failed polling. In Setup, if the "Pause Between Polling" interval was set for greater than 30 seconds, and
the register gives a specific type of error (Inline error on RJE commands), the long pause causes
Windows to close the socket that SKAN_Talk was using. At this point, SKAN_Talk needed to be closed
and re-opened for communications to be re-established.

Corrected an error when exporting the Tax presets for records that used the Tax Table instead of Tax
Rate. The Breakpoint fractional breakpoint values were truncated nearest dollar ($1.49 became $1.00;
$0.46 became $0.00)

Corrected a issue where double sized characters were sent to the register as a the original character
preceded by a space instead of a making the character double sized.

Corrected an error notification that occurred when importing files through the ASCII import editor. When
the file being imported has a problem, it always reported the problem with the last field instead of the
field that the error actually occurred on.

Corrected a problem with the Clone function not copying the program data for a store where the model
is a UP600/UP700.

Corrected a "No Current Record" runtime error that occurred at startup when all terminals for all stores
were set to Inactive then SKAN_Talk was shut down.

Corrected a problem when displaying keys in the keyboard editor when Combo Meals were assigned to
menu levels 2-6 but not assigned to menu level 1. These keys were displayed as PLUs. This problem
only affected the key display when the combo meal change was made at the register then imported into
SKAN_Talk. The same change made in the keyboard editor would display properly.

Corrected an error where PLUs greater than 99999 were reset back to 0 when editing combo meals

Corrects an logic error running the Flash Z reports. When the store running any of the Flash Z reports
was set as IRC and to poll Consolidated, the commands to get and post the data were duplicated
having the effect of double posting the sales data. This error was introduced on the 6/27/07 release.

Corrected an error where the PLU theoretical cost and Misc. Text as well as Department Royalty fields
were not being properly propagated.

Corrected an error that occurred if attempting to enter the Failed Polling Recovery screen when there
were more than 256 failed pollings. This limit has been increased to 2048

Corrected an error in the CAT Preset editor where the CAT Timeout 3 only allowed a value to be
entered from 0-255 instead of 0-3000

Corrected an omission in the Customer Preset editor when a record is deleted. The corresponding
records from the Customer Sales were not deleted which created orphaned records. Over time, this
could cause the Customer Sales file to fill up and receive a "Lacking Memory" error when attempting to
use newly created Customers at the register.

When the Default Key Size option was changed in SKAN_Talk, the program update was not sent
automatically during the Transmit Changes

When making changes to the Mode Secret Code, an incorrect Broadcast command being sent. It was
previously set to issue the /4600/ command, but it is actually supposed to send the /0800/ command

Corrected an error with the PLU Sales Price level 2 data not getting posted when running the End of
Day Polling. (The data was being posted properly when running the Flash X and Flash Z PLU reports.)

A520		When changing the 987A Service Parameter to set Spanish as the default language used by the register, it resets the parameter to 0, which is the option for English text.
