UP600, UP810				Corrected an error that occurred when issuing an RJE command for a file with thousands of records. In very limited circumstances (Resetting PLU Sales file with thousands of records when set as a Standalone Register and communicating via TCP/IP), the register would finish processing the command then terminate the connection before returning the communications status. This would cause SKAN_Talk to return an error even though it did not error at the register.
UP3300, UP3301				Corrected an issue on the Major Account ROM Versions that only support 2 Price/Description levels. When the PLU file at the register was allocated for 2 description levels with 8 characters, SKAN_Talk was incorrectly interpreting it as 1 description level with 16 characters and the text from Description 1 & 2 were concatenated.
ALL				Corrected an error opening the PLU Menu Mix report when the report returned no data and should be blank or when PLUs were not assigned actual costs. This caused a Division by Zero error and the report wasn't displayed.   Also modified the report so that items that are not assigned a cost are displayed in red.
ALL				Fixed a crash that was caused when collecting the Files Allocation when the allocation for any file was 32767.
ALL				Corrects an error with creating duplicate records on satellite Regions in certain tables after the propagation has occurred. Only the records that were changed end up with duplicates. This happens in the following editors: CAT Preset, Function Preset, Media Preset, Maintenance Restriction, Slip Printer Text.
ALL				Made a change to the PLU Best Seller by Department by Amount/Quantity reports that allows the sales to be reported if there is no matching record for the item in PLU History. This change was made in a previous version for the other Best Seller reports but wasn't applied to the Best Seller By Department reports.
UP600, UP810				Corrected an issue where Customers were not being added to the Customer Preset file from the TLOG via the Customer Learning function. This error was introduced on the first release of support for the UP810.
ALL				Created an option that allow the Department and PLU presets to not be posted  when polling is performed. This allows for space to be saved in the database, but ignores all previous changes to prices, descriptions, departments links, etc. and will strictly report on what the current presets are. Deleted items will show as "Undefined" This is activated by checking the "Reserved32" field for each store in the Polling editor.
A530, UP600, UP810, UP3500				Corrected an error posting the Dynamic UPC sales that causes polling to fail. The Amount5/Quantity5 fields no longer exist in this table
A440, A450				Corrects a problem with the Auto Key editor . Only the first 10 key sequences were being allowed. (The data conversion was previously incorrect for these models and only imported/exported 10 SKSN values.)
ALL				Corrected an error while updating the data definitions for the terminals within all the stores while performing a SKAN_Talk update. On models that support the Master/Satellite configuration, Standalone terminals were displayed as Satellites. This did not seem to have an effect on the performance of the software, only what was displayed to the user.

UP3500, UP600, UP810				Corrected a runtime error that occurred in the Device Assignment editor when attempting to change the terminal
ALL				Corrected an issue when using the "Import Default File(s)" function in the Communications/Jobs editor. When importing factory default settings, the files were always imported from the default ROM version. If a non "STANDARD" ROM version is used for the store, it could import settings that are different than expected or give an error when importing it into the database.
UP3300, UP3301				In the Combo Meal editor, the Key Color field was inadvertently removed on a previous version.
UP3500				In the Combo Meal editor: Corrected an incorrect restriction on the Modifier # field. SKAN_Talk only allowed entry of values from 0-99 instead of 0-999 Corrected an incorrect restriction on the Price, Upcharge and WithPLU fields. They were set to only allow a max price of 999.99 instead of 9999.99 Restricted entry of the CVM fields. There was no previous restriction on it and it should have been limited to 255
UP3500				Added the "Bill Printing" field to the Media Preset editor. This option was previously omitted
A570				Corrected a problem with the Merge function on the A570 Dynamic UPC editor. The Dynamic UPCs were merged into the PLU file instead of the UPC file.
UP3300				Added the ability to change the department type to Gift Card and Gift Card Reload in the Department editor. This option was added at the register on later ROM versions.

This functioned properly until it was merged with the main PLU/UPC file. Once merged, the KP Text appeared empty and the values could be potentially overwritten.

ALL				Made changes to the PLU Stock functionality: Added two new options in the PLU Stock editor and PLU Stock Flash X Report 1: Display Reorder Items Only When this option is selected, only items that report the current stock level less or equal to the minimum stock level will be displayed in the printed report 2: Blind Stock Declare When this option is selected, all the current and pending stock values are suppressed in the printed report. Actual stock values from a physical inventory can be written into this blank column.

The correct deletion sequence only happened on the Master Store.
UP600, UP810				Corrected a scenario in which duplicate Customer records could be created when a customer is added in SKAN_Talk and the same customer is added through the Customer Learning function of the register. This would cause duplicate records to be created during the next polling.
UP3300				Corrected an error message that was encountered in the keyboard editor when making changes to PLUs.
A420, UP3300, UP3301, UP600				Corrected an issue in the keyboard editor where function keys that were added on subsequent ROM that did not exist in the STANDARD version showed up as missing.
ALL				Corrected an issue in the Best Seller By Department by Amount and Best Seller By Department by Quantity reports. When the PLU and Department Sales were not polled concurrently for dates ranges where either of these reports were run, the PLUs did not consolidate properly and the same PLU could for each of the various pollings within the range instead of consolidating into one total. The report totals were correct.
UP3300				Corrected an error that was encountered when performing the "Synchronize Allocations" in the Files Allocation editor.
A420, A420U, A530				When performing a database update via daocopy.exe, if a A420, A420U or A530 store had 3 terminals or more, a critical keyboard update was not performed. When opening the keyboard, this would result in a keyboard that appears scrambled with multiple keys labeled "Missing Function" Performing a Store Initialization would have also corrected this issue.

UP810				Corrected the Key Text field in the PLU table truncating the text after 8 characters instead of 12

UP3301				Corrected an issue where the UP3301 2E version ROM would not open the keyboard editor and would give the error message: "Function Text file is empty - Unable to enter Virtual Keyboard"

UP3500				Correct a runtime error that happened when opening the Auto Key editor when there are no records for the store.
ALL				When dragging a function key over a PLU, Department, Combo, etc., the Free Key was properly updated, but the unused direct keys retained their previous value instead of being changed to inhibited. Although it was incorrect, it appeared to cause no problems at either the register or the keyboard editor.
ALL				Corrects a problem with the Keyboard editor not propagating properly to other stores within the region if the Update button was clicked instead of the Close button when exiting the keyboard.
ALL				Corrects a problem in the Mix and Match editor where the editor stopped displaying the table number and the Modified and Pending Deletion status. These fields were inadvertently pushed to the background during the integration for the UP3500.

A420, A420U, A530, UP600, UP800				Corrected a potential problem when sending the Auto Key file from SKAN_Talk to the register. The 28th keystroke in the auto key sequence was duplicated and the 29th keystroke was omitted.
ALL				Made a modification to the database migration utility so that when it attempts to copy a table that is corrupt, it no longer aborts. It will log the exception and continue transferring data from the rest of the tables.

ALL				Added an entry into the log file when the user exits the Failed Polling Recovery screen. The log will record which stores had failed polling and which recovery option, if any, the user selected for each store.  Previously, it was not possible to positively determine if the user performed any recovery action when troubleshooting polling problems.

ALL				Adds a new error code that detects when an ALL RAM file is being sent using a different method of communications than it was captured with. Due to the difference in packet size between the communications methods, it must be sent using the same comm method it was captured with.
ALL				Modified the logic that displays the "Last Daily Polling Failed" message in the bottom right corner of the screen so that if any polling fails for any store over the previous 7 polling dates attempts, the failed polling message will be displayed.  The logic was previously incorrect so that it only displayed if 1 store had failed AND only on the last polling. If 2 or more stores failed, the message was not displayed.
ALL				Made a change so that the paths that the program looks for during the registration process are not hard coded. System variables are used instead. This will correct a problem where it appears that skanlan was not registered on computers where the default root directory is something other than c:\windows or c:\Winnt

ALL				Corrected an error that could potentially happen when communicating RS-232 over TCP/IP. If a command is issued to send a file that doesn't exist, it locks the communication channel.
Non Touch Screen models				Corrected a "Run-Time error '340' control array element '1' doesn't exist" error that occurred in the keyboard editor when deleting the entire text for a function key.
UP810				Corrected a problem that can occur while sending the logo file to registers that have 2 station (receipt and journal) printers. The register appears to have a bug which corrupts the logo file when changing it at the register. This change works around the bug.

Using an underscore character in a PLU, Department, Combo, etc. description caused the register to display this as a line break. SKAN_Talk did not previously interpret the underscore character as a line break.

A750E, A77x, UP330x, UP3500				Changed an error in the Employee-Clock poll list where it was running the incorrect "post-employee-sales" job instead of the "post-employee-clock" job when the polling is set to "by terminal" instead of "consolidated"
A530, UP600, UP3500				Corrects a problem in the PLU/UPC and Dynamic UPC editors where the KP Text field was not displayed or saved properly. This error was introduced on the 4/17/2008 release
ALL				Corrects an logic error running the Flash Z reports for some Master only reports (TLOG, Customer, Employee Clock, Employee Sales, Manager Sales). When the store running any of the Flash Z reports was set as IRC and to poll Consolidated, the commands to get and post the data were duplicated having the potential to double posting the data. This error was introduced on the 6/27/07 release.
ALL				Corrects a problem with the value from the Price field not being saved in the Department editor on models that do not support the Gasoline Department type.

The following error message would appear in the log file: "?E411 DAO Exception 3075, Syntax error (missing operator) in query expression 'Amount---'." This error was introduced on the 2/4/2008 release.
All IRC models				Corrected an error generating the Flash X Server Report when the register was configured for IRC.

This could cause the KP settings to be set to the value of the record the user was previously on if a change to a PLU was saved after using the Find function.
A450				Corrected an error with the Link UPC data conversion. When importing or exporting the Link UPC table, the data was incorrectly set to assign 2 decimal places to the UPC Code so when this data was sent to the register, it did not link the UPCs from the main UPC properly

UP3500, UP600				After entering and exiting the UPC editor, the Select box used in the Combo Meal and PLU Menu editors opened a list of UPCs to select from instead of PLUs.
A450				Corrected an issue where in the Link UPC editor when assigning PLUs from the list. The first digit of the PLU code was not displayed in the initial selection list. (I.e. PLU code 15 showed as PLU 5) All values were properly assigned and saved.
A420 2A, A450, A570				Corrects various errors relating to opening the UPC editor. When a store is set for as a model A420 and set for 2A EPROM version in the Store Editor, the UPC editor would not open. The A450 opened the UPC editor for the A420 and some fields that are supported by the A450 were not present. The A570 opened the PLU editor instead of the UPC editor.

ALL				Corrected the issue that pressing the hot key from the main menu did not launch the Automated Polling timer screen.  This error was introduced on the 2/25/2008 release.
ALL				Corrected the issue when in the PLU Menu editor, clicking the Update button caused all of the PLUs assigned to the menu to be deleted. This error was introduced on the 2/25/2008 release. Also corrected the issue where PLU Menus greater than 50 could not be created on the UP3500.
ALL				Corrected an issue where the Transmit Changes function did not built the list of updates properly when the EPROM version for the store was something other than "Standard". This error was introduced on the 2/25/2008 release.
ALL				Corrected a refresh problem in the Store editor when changing the model, the TCP/IP communications option would appear based on the setting of the original model and not the currently selected model unless the editor was exited and re-opened.
ALL				Corrected that the ability to select an individual terminal was not allowed when a store was set in an IRC configuration. This error was introduced in the 2/21/2008 release.

ALL				Added the ability to perform the SKAN_Talk registration while communicating over Port 80 as an alternate port due to some computers with firewalls or other security measures restricting access to the registration program.  Port 80 is a standard port used for HTTP and is less likely to run into security issues.

ALL				Corrected a condition that can result in Windows returning a Winsock error during a polling retry after a failed polling. In Setup, if the "Pause Between Polling" interval was set for greater than 30 seconds, and the register gives a specific type of error (Inline error on RJE commands), the long pause causes Windows to close the socket that SKAN_Talk was using. At this point, SKAN_Talk needed to be closed and re-opened for communications to be re-established.
ALL				Corrected an error when exporting the Tax presets for records that used the Tax Table instead of Tax Rate. The Breakpoint fractional breakpoint values were truncated nearest dollar ($1.49 became $1.00; $0.46 became $0.00)

ALL				Corrected an omission in the Customer Preset editor when a record is deleted. The corresponding records from the Customer Sales were not deleted which created orphaned records. Over time, this could cause the Customer Sales file to fill up and receive a "Lacking Memory" error when attempting to use newly created Customers at the register.
ALL				Corrected a "No Current Record" runtime error that occurred at startup when all terminals for all stores were set to Inactive then SKAN_Talk was shut down.

This error was introduced on the 6/27/07 release.

A770, A771, UP600				Corrected a problem when displaying keys in the keyboard editor when Combo Meals were assigned to menu levels 2-6 but not assigned to menu level 1. These keys were displayed as PLUs. This problem only affected the key display when the combo meal change was made at the register then imported into SKAN_Talk. The same change made in the keyboard editor would display properly.

It was previously set to issue the /4600/ command, but it is actually supposed to send the /0800/ command
A520				When changing the 987A Service Parameter to set Spanish as the default language used by the register, it resets the parameter to 0, which is the option for English text.
