100 one-touch entries

Assigning an item to each individual key speeds up processing and reduces operator error as well.  The ER-A570 comes standard equipped with 100 direct keys.  Simply pressing a level key and replacing the overlay gives you a different menu.  Key assignments can be changed just as easily.

Maximum 1,100 GLU tables

Correct tracking of individual customer balances is vital  to any restaurant or store.  This important task is made easy with GLU tables now expandable to an astonishing 1,100, offering the maximum in usability.   Recall of previous balances and subsequent reorder entries is quick and simple.  The GLU function also helps ensure accurate guest checks.  Automatic generation of GLUs and GLU numbers up to 7 digits are also possible.

Convenient user-definable micro motion keyboard

The ER-A570 features a streamlined design and micro motion keyboard with a handy 158 keys easily configured to suit your exact requirements. The flat keyboard facilitates layout changes, while the advanced, touch- sensitive overlay increases key entry accuracy.

With the on-line system, transfer of data between ECRs and an external computer is easily accomplished through an RS-232 interface.  Sales data can be transferred from the ECR to the personal computer, and processed via database or spreadsheet programs.  Preset programming information can be sent to ECRs via a host PC.  (This function requires special software).

In real-time Put your business all together with these efficient networks.  Sharp's in-line system connects up to 16 ECRs, allowing one master ECR to collect and process sales data in real-time as well as send preset data to all ECRs.

High speed printing
