UP - 5700 POS System
Count on Sharp for the most advanced color LCD touch-screen system.

With shorter order entry and preparation time, your servers can give more time to customers. In this way, the UP-5700 can actually help improve customer satisfaction, increase traffic and introduce more revenue opportunities. The UP-5700's easy-to-learn order entry screens can be customized and configured with a virtually unlimited number of "menus." You can also use color coding to group related food and beverage items for quick, at-a-glance order entry and fulfillment. Of course, a successful restaurant is constantly evolving to attract customers -- and the flexible UP-5700 can keep up with your service modifications. For example, you can identify up to four prices per item with automatic changeover for "Happy Hour" or "Early Bird" specials. And you can configure up to 50 different promotions for special events.

The moment an order is entered on the UP-5700 terminal, it is automatically sent to the back office system via a network connection. This makes it easy for managers to instantly track business activity and efficiency any time of day. Using the familiar Microsoft' Windows' '95 Back Office software, managers can perform a wide variety of essential business functions. These include time and attendance, inventory, and electronic accounting applications. And a Back Office security feature protects your confidential information.

User friendly order screens allow servers to access information quickly and efficiently. And the screen layouts can be customized according to each employee's function.

When it's time to expand your menu or restaurant, the UP-5700 system is geared for growth. Its versatile software allows you to create up to 32 different color-coded screen menus for the POS terminal -- with up to 2,000 items per menu. And it can accommodate orders from up to 200individual servers. Want to add to your system? A series of ports and connectors enable you to attach a variety of peripheral devices to the UP-5700 -- including scanners, scales, coin dispensers, remote printers and "soft-check" printers.
